Abstract: Intravascular lymphoma (IVL) is a rare subtype of lymphoproliferative
disorder which has an agressive behavior
and a high mortality rate. Achieving the diagnosis is
usually difficult due to its low frecuency, heterogeneous
clinical presentation and extranodal involvement. We report
a case of a 44 year old male patient who presented
with fever of unknown origin and abdominal erythema.
After a thorough evaluation, Intravascular Lymphoma
was diagnosed and treated succesfully.
