Linphoplasmocytic Limphoma with
a presentation like Multiple Myeloma

Abstract: A 72 year-old-man with an initial diagnosis of multiple
myeloma IgG kappa with leukocytosis and leukocyte
inversion formula, which showed blood smear presence
of lymphoplasmacytic cells. The analysis by flow cytometric
of peripheral blood exposed clonal B lymphocytes .
Images of blood smear and pathological findings in bone
marrow are shown. The differential diagnoses of lymphoplasmacytic
lymphoma and non-IgM monoclonal
gammopathy are discussed
