Abstract: It is a low frequency disease with a high mortalitity rate. Is characterized by multiple vascular occlusive events in small vessels with multiple organ dysfunction. Early diagnosis
and combined therapy favor a better prognosis. New therapies, as rituximab, could be alternative in some cases.
