Abstract: Physicians have particular difficulties in delivering bad news to the patients, and there are no specific learning
tools during the medical course in this area. In the recent past a number of publications have appeared dealing with this subject, some of them offering clinical guidelines for breaking bad news as an easy process. The possibility of thinking in this communication problem, specifically for bad news, implies a challenging task, facing
doctors with their own limitations.
