Abstract: The objetive of this case report is to review the differential
diagnosis of the edematous syndrome in an allogenic
bone marrow trasplant patient, for an acute myeloid
leukemia M5 subtype. Is remarcable the presentation in
the form of recurrent relapses in extramedullary sites,
without bone marrow involvement. At the end of the case,
we made an extensive review of current the literature.
