Abstract: We present here our experience of 5 cases of HTLV Type-I related diseases: 3 ATLL (all death) and 2 HAM/TSP. We include the first case in Argentina of an alogenic bone marrow trasplant in ATLL. Whe also communicate the serological incidence of HTLV Reactive donors in our Blood Bank ando some aspects related their contacts, and that cases of "serological indeterminate profile " (HGIP)
